When do orders close?
Orders for weekend delivery close 5pm Wednesday, and for midweek delivery 2pm Tuesday

Can I change my order?
We are unable to facilitate changes to the order after 5pm Wednesday, prior to 5pm some changes can be made, please email customercare@lucas.online with your order number and request and we will do our best to facilitate

What does ‘finish at home’ mean?
We do all the hard work, pack it up and ship it to you in an ice packed box! You just have to heat, plate and enjoy. Some cooking is required for the Kisumé pack.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over NSW, Victoria, as well as Canberra – pop your postcode in the check-out to see if we deliver to you!

How long will my meal last in the fridge?
We recommend consuming your food within 24 hours of it arriving

I’m missing a component of my box
Sorry about that, occasionally our packers can make a mistake! Please email customercare@lucas.online and we will issue a refund for the missing item – please include your order number, and details of the missing item

My box hasn’t arrived
Please check your tracking number on your email confirmation. If you are still unable to track your box, please email customercare@lucas.online and we will follow this up for you – please include your order number in your email.

Do I need to be home for delivery?
We will do our best to deliver to the address you give us. All deliveries are done contact free, to your doorstep. If you’re in an apartment, unit or secure address please provide us the access code or appropriate detail to enter. If we are unable to safely deliver, the delivery (or non-delivery) will be at the discretion of our driver. We cannot contact guests when facilitating overnight orders.
